12月21日，2024留学中国预科教育联盟（CCN）暨“一带一路”人才培养校企联盟年会在上海成功举办。年会特别活动——“产教融合，来华留学赋能中企大出海”国际论坛暨CCN来华留学生全球校友联盟成立仪式与CCN海外预科中心合作签约仪式，也在当天顺利举行。
本次年会以“产教融合，来华留学赋能中企大出海”为主题，汇聚了来自政、校、企界的众多专家学者、企业高管以及优秀校友，共同探讨如何通过培养来华留学生，赋能中企“走出去”战略，助力“一带一路”高质量发展。
On December 21, 2024, the China Campus Network (CCN) and the “Belt and Road” Talent Development University-Enterprise Alliance Annual Conference was successfully held in Shanghai. A special event of the conference—the “Industry-Education Collaboration to Empower Chinese Enterprises Going Global through Study-in-China Alumni” International Forum, along with the inauguration ceremony of the China Alumni Network (CAN) for International Students in China and the signing ceremony for cooperation with CCN Overseas Foundation Centers—was also successfully conducted on the same day.
The theme of this year’s conference was “Industry-Education Collaboration to Empower Chinese Enterprises Going Global through Study-in-China Alumni.” It brought together numerous experts, scholars, business executives, and outstanding alumni from the government, academia, and business sectors to explore how cultivating international students in China can empower Chinese enterprises’ “go global” strategy and contribute to the high-quality development of the “Belt and Road” initiative.

年会伊始，中国——东盟教育交流周组委会原执行秘书长、“一带一路”人才培养校企联盟理事长，教育部国际合作与交流司原副司长、巡视员刘宝利先生、天津大学二级教授讲席教授、CCN学术委员会主任、天津城建大学副校长陈志华教授与西安石油大学副校长张荣军教授、CCN会长于书诚先生等几位领导发表了开幕致辞。
At the beginning of the annual conference, Mr. Liu Baoli, former Executive Secretary-General of the China-ASEAN Education Cooperation Week Organizing Committee, Chairman of the “Belt and Road” Talent Development University-Enterprise Alliance, former Deputy Director-General and Inspector of the International Cooperation and Exchange Department of the Ministry of Education, along with Professor Chen Zhihua, Second-Level Professor and Chair Professor at Tianjin University, Director of CCN Academic Committee, and Vice President of Tianjin Chengjian University, Professor Zhang Rongjun, Vice President of Xi’an Shiyou University, and Mr. Yu Shucheng, President of the China Campus Network (CCN), delivered their opening remarks.
刘宝利先生指出，“一带一路”倡议为来华留学和中企出海提供了前所未有的广阔发展机遇。他呼吁各方秉持开放与包容的态度，以合作促发展、以实践促共赢、以文化促理解，凝聚来华留学生全球校友的智慧与力量，共同推动中国企业走向更广阔的未来。
Mr. Liu Baoli pointed out that the “Belt and Road” initiative has provided unprecedented opportunities for the development of international education in China and the global expansion of Chinese enterprises. He called on all parties to uphold an open and inclusive attitude, promote development through cooperation, achieve win-win outcomes through practice, and foster understanding through culture. He emphasized the importance of gathering the wisdom and strength of international students’ global alumni to jointly drive Chinese enterprises toward a broader future.
陈志华教授回顾了CCN八年来在来华留学教育、产教融合及品牌打造方面的卓越成就，并分享了天津城建大学在产教融合与校企合作方面的成功经验。
Professor Chen Zhihua reviewed CCN’s outstanding achievements over the past eight years in the areas of international education in China, industry-education integration, and brand building. He also shared the successful experiences of Tianjin Chengjian University in industry-education integration and university-enterprise cooperation.
张荣军教授介绍了西安石油大学在能源领域国际化教育中的创新实践与突出成绩，以及如何通过多层次人才培养模式支持“一带一路”国家能源企业的发展。
Professor Zhang Rongjun introduced the innovative practices and outstanding achievements of Xi’an Shiyou University in international education within the energy sector. He also shared how the university supports the development of energy enterprises in “Belt and Road” countries through a multi-level talent cultivation model.
于书诚会长代表联盟对前来参会的领导和嘉宾表示热烈欢迎和诚挚感谢，并在回顾自2016年成立以来联盟所取得的成就的基础上，强调指出CCN的发展离不开成员高校的共同努力，呼吁继续团结合作，推动联盟在未来取得更大成就。
President Yu Shucheng, on behalf of the network, warmly welcomed and expressed sincere gratitude to the leaders and guests attending the conference. He reflected on the achievements of the network since its establishment in 2016 and emphasized that the development of CCN is inseparable from the joint efforts of its Member Universities. He called for continued unity and cooperation to drive the network toward even greater success in the future.

Enterprises: Deep Linkage Between Education and Industry
在主旨发言环节，四位来自出海企业高管嘉宾结合来华留学生教育与出海企业人力资源挑战，分享了他们对出海中企在经营全球化和人才本地化大趋势下的出海实践与洞察。
前海尔集团首席人力资源官陆忠亮先生分析了海尔在全球化过程中的人才战略，并分享了海尔如何通过“人单合一”模式，实现本地化与全球化平衡的实践经验。
好未来集团境外业务人力资源总监白穆女士分享了教育科技领域企业的全球化布局，展现了其从0到1构建人才本地化体系的成果。
MTC集团合伙人马卓君女士从她本人曾经任职亚马逊、阿里巴巴、字节跳动等全球化企业人力资源高管的经验出发，深入探讨了不同文化背景下的本地化人才招聘与培养创新。
Hello Career创始人王振中先生则通过十年来服务中企的人才招聘丰富的实战和案例，揭示了中企出海，经营全球化与本地化人才供需的现状与未来趋势。
During the keynote session, four senior executives from outbound enterprises shared their insights and practices regarding the challenges of human resources in global expansion and talent localization for Chinese enterprises, in relation to the education of international students in China.
Mr. Lu Zhongliang, Former Chief Human Resources Officer of Haier Group, analyzed Haier’s talent strategy in the process of globalization and shared how the company achieved a balance between localization and globalization through its “Ren Dan He Yi” (one person, one task) model.
Ms. Bai Mu, Director of Human Resources for Overseas Operations at TAL Education Group, shared the global expansion strategy of enterprises in the education technology sector, showcasing the results of building a talent localization system from scratch.
Ms. Ma Zhuojun, Partner at MTC Group, discussed the recruitment and development of localized talent from her experience as a senior HR executive at global enterprises such as Amazon, Alibaba, and ByteDance, offering a deep dive into innovations in talent recruitment and training in different cultural contexts.
Mr. Wang Zhenzhong, Founder of Hello Career, revealed the current situation and future trends of global expansion for Chinese enterprises and their talent supply and demand through his extensive practical experience and case studies in serving Chinese enterprises’ talent recruitment over the past decade.

留学中国预科教育联盟副秘书长杨静思女士的主题发言阐述了来华留学生典型的“双系统人才”的显著优势。来华留学生不仅兼具母语与汉语的双语沟通力与跨越本国文化与中国文化的跨文化链接力，更是本国教育体系与中国高等教育的共同产物。中国高等教育体系的国际化发展，已经为出海中企构建了一个巨大的全球化本地化人才蓄水池，来华留学生是出海中企最好的一个高发展潜力、低管理成本的本地化人才的新品类。杨副秘书长呼吁通过产教融合，构建完整的人才服务生态，解决“最后一公里”本地化人才的瓶颈，帮助出海企业与来华留学生实现双赢。
In her keynote speech, Ms. Yang Jingsi, Deputy Secretary-General of the China Campus Network (CCN), elaborated on the significant advantages of international students in China as “dual-system talent.” International students in China not only possess bilingual communication skills in both their native language and Chinese, but also have the ability to bridge their home country’s culture with Chinese culture. They are a product of both their home country’s education system and China’s higher education system. The internationalization of China’s higher education has created a vast pool of globalized and localized talent for Chinese enterprises expanding abroad. International students in China represent a new category of highly potential, low-management-cost localized talent for these enterprises. Ms. Yang called for industry-education collaboration to build a comprehensive talent service ecosystem, addressing the “last mile” bottleneck in localizing talent and helping outbound enterprises and international students achieve a win-win situation.

俄罗斯籍优秀来华留学生校友欧瓦先生作为代表，分享了他从CCN国际预科项目到天津大学化学工程专业，再到目前在上海奥星制药工作的成长轨迹，以个人经历展示了来华留学生教育在助力中企国际化发展方面的独特优势。
Mr. Vladimir Mankol, an outstanding Russian alumnus of international students in China, shared his growth journey as a representative. He described his path from the CCN International Foundation Programme to studying Chemical Engineering at Tianjin University, and now working at Shanghai Aoxing Pharmaceutical. Through his personal experience, he demonstrated the unique advantages of international student education in China in supporting the international development of Chinese enterprises.

年会当天，CCN来华留学生全球校友联盟（China Alumni Network，CAN）成立仪式隆重举行。来华留学生全球校友联盟由CCN成员高校联合发起，致力于通过赋能广大中企出海推动全球来华留学校友的职业发展与成功。
On the day of the annual conference, the inauguration ceremony of the CCN China Alumni Network (CAN) of International Students in China was grandly held. China Alumni Network was jointly initiated by CCN Member Universities and is dedicated to empowering Chinese enterprises’ global expansion while promoting the career development and success of international students’ alumni worldwide.
在各位在场领导和嘉宾的见证下，CCN来华留学生全球校友联盟首届校友发展委员会主任天津大学国际教育学院李锵院长、副主任江苏大学海外教育学院吴鹏院长、西安石油大学国际教育学院董皓院长、MTC集团合伙人马卓君女士、Hello Career创始人王振中先生，以及CCN校友代表，共同为CCN来华留学生全球校友联盟揭牌。随后，未能来到活动现场的各国CCN校友，也纷纷通过视频，送上了他们的诚挚祝福。
In the presence of the attending leaders and guests, the inaugural Alumni Development Committee of the China Alumni Network was officially launched. The committee’s director, Mr. Li Qiang, Dean of the International Education College at Tianjin University, along with vice directors Mr. Wu Peng, Dean of the Overseas Education College at Jiangsu University, Mr. Dong Hao, Dean of the International Education College at Xi’an Shiyou University, Ms. Ma Zhuojun, Partner at MTC Group, Mr. Wang Zhenzhong, Founder of Hello Career, and representatives from CCN alumni, collectively unveiled the China Alumni Network plaque. Subsequently, CCN alumni from various countries who were unable to attend the event in person sent their sincere blessings through video messages.
CCN来华留学生全球校友联盟的成立，标志着产教融合的进一步深化，同时也标志着CCN成员高校来华留学生校友力量将进一步汇聚，成为中国企业“走出去”的重要支撑力量。
The establishment of the China Alumni Network marks a further deepening of industry-education integration. It also signifies that the alumni network of international students in China from CCN Member Universities will continue to grow, becoming an important support force for Chinese enterprises’ “going global” strategy.

本次年会的另一个重要环节，是CCN与来自越南FPT教育集团和Equest教育集团旗下中学，以及和平中学、Greenfield中学在内的九所中学签署合作协议，将预科课程引入越南教育体系，为当地学生开辟通往中国高等教育的优质路径。
签约仪式由CCN会长于书诚先生、常务副会长周涌先生、秘书长沃国成女士分别和越南各合作学校的校领导共同签署。未来，CCN还计划将AI课程等前沿模块引入合作学校，为学生提供应对数字时代挑战的核心能力。这些努力将为中越两国在人文交流、教育合作和经济联动方面创造更多可能。
Another key highlight of the annual conference was the signing of cooperation agreements between CCN and nine high schools from Vietnam, including Vietnam’s FPT Education Group, Equest Education Group’s affiliated high schools, as well as Hoa Binh High School and Greenfield High School. This collaboration will introduce foundation programs into the Vietnamese education system, offering local students a high-quality pathway to Chinese higher education.
The signing ceremony was attended by CCN President Mr. Yu Shucheng, Executive Vice President Mr. Zhou Yong, and Secretary-General Ms. Wo Guocheng, who signed the agreements with the school leaders from the partnering Vietnamese institutions. In the future, CCN plans to introduce cutting-edge modules such as AI courses into these partner schools to equip students with the core skills needed to tackle the challenges of the digital age. These efforts will create more opportunities for cultural exchange, educational cooperation, and economic collaboration between China and Vietnam.

In his speech, CCN President Mr. Yu Shucheng pointed out that the future of Study-in-China education lies not only in attracting international students but also in actively integrating into the global educational ecosystem. This cooperation between China and Vietnam marks a significant advancement in CCN’s “going global” strategy for foundation education.
EQuest教育集团副董事长谭光明先生表示，EQuest希望与CCN加强合作，推动预科教育课程在越南的落地实施。这不仅有助于培养具备双语能力和跨文化视野的学生，还将为中国与越南的人才交流和经济合作提供更深层次支持。
Mr. Dam Quang Minh, Vice Chairman of EQuest Education Group, expressed that EQuest hopes to strengthen its cooperation with CCN to promote the implementation of foundation education programs in Vietnam. This collaboration will not only help cultivate students with bilingual skills and cross-cultural perspectives but also provide deeper support for talent exchange and economic cooperation between China and Vietnam.

年会结束后，CCN成员大学与CCN海外办事处间的宣讲与互动交流活动顺利开展，为大学与国际市场深度合作搭建桥梁。当天，共有16所CCN成员大学面向CCN俄罗斯、中东、越南、马来西亚、印度尼西亚、泰国等国办事处人员，就最新的招生政策、课程升级及国际化合作，进行了面对面的交流，为未来大学能够更好地整合产品与资源，CCN海外办事处能够更好地开展品牌宣传与招收优秀学生奠定了基础。
After the annual conference, the CCN Member Universities and CCN Global Offices successfully conducted a presentation and interactive exchange activity, creating a bridge for deeper cooperation between universities and international markets. On that day, representatives from 16 CCN Member Universities held face-to-face discussions with staff from CCN Offices in Russia, the Middle East, Vietnam, Malaysia, Indonesia, Thailand, and other countries. They exchanged information on the latest admissions policies, course upgrades, and international collaborations, laying the foundation for better integration of products and resources by universities and enhanced brand promotion and student recruitment efforts by CCN Global Offices.
