近日，CCN（China Campus Network）国际预科中心-江苏大学组织了一场别开生面的文化活动——采茶之旅。这次活动不仅让国际留学生们体验到了中国传统茶文化的魅力，还增强了他们对中国文化的了解和热爱。这是CCN预科中心为丰富留学生生活，增进文化交流所举办的一系列活动之一，充分展示了留学生在CCN丰富多彩的留学生活。
Recently, China Campus Network (CCN) IFP Center at Jiangsu University organized a unique cultural activity – a tea-picking trip. This event not only allowed international students to experience the charm of traditional tea culture but also enhanced their understanding and love for Chinese culture. This is one of the many activities held by the CCN IFP Centers to enrich the lives of international students and promote cultural exchange, showcasing the vibrant study life with CCN.
活动背景 ｜ Background of the Activity
茶文化是中国传统文化的重要组成部分，具有悠久的历史和深厚的文化底蕴。为了让留学生们更好地理解和体验中国文化，CCN 国际预科中心-江苏大学特别组织了这次采茶活动。此次活动选在风景如画的江苏著名茶园举行，那里环境优美，茶香四溢，是体验茶文化的绝佳场所。
Tea is an essential part of traditional Chinese culture, with a long history and profound cultural heritage. To help international students better understand and experience Chinese culture, CCN IFP Center at JSU organized a spring tea-picking activity. The event was held in a picturesque tea plantation in Jiangsu, known for its beautiful scenery and fragrant tea, making it an ideal place to experience tea culture.
活动内容 ｜ Activity Content
活动当天，留学生们早早地集合在茶园入口。在专业茶农的带领下，他们首先了解了茶树的种植和管理知识。茶农详细讲解了茶叶的生长周期、采摘方法以及不同品种茶叶的特点。留学生们兴致勃勃，认真聆听，并不时提出问题，现场气氛十分活跃。
On the day of the event, the international students gathered early at the entrance of the tea plantation. Under the guidance of professional tea farmers, they first learned about the cultivation and management of tea plants. The tea farmers explained the process in much detail: the growth cycle of tea leaves, picking methods, and the characteristics of different tea varieties. The students were very enthusiastic, listening attentively and asking questions, creating a lively atmosphere on site.
接下来，大家亲身体验了茶叶的采摘过程。在茶农的指导下，留学生们学习了正确的采摘手法——只摘取嫩芽和一两片嫩叶。大家沿着茶园的小径，穿梭在一排排整齐的茶树间，感受大自然的气息和采茶的乐趣。虽然不少同学是第一次采茶，但在茶农的耐心指导下，他们很快掌握了技巧，采摘出了不少优质的茶叶。
Next, everyone had a chance to experienced the tea picking process firsthand. Under the guidance of the tea farmers, the students learned the correct picking techniques—only picking the tender buds and a few young leaves. They walked along the paths of the tea garden, weaving through the neatly arranged tea plants, enjoying the natural atmosphere and the fun of picking tea. Despite it being the first time for many students, they quickly mastered the technique with the farmers’ patient guidance and managed to pick a lot of high-quality tea leaves.
文化交流与体验 ｜ Cultural Exchange and Experience
采茶结束后，茶农们带领大家参观了茶叶加工车间。留学生们见识到了从鲜叶到干茶的加工全过程。茶叶的萎凋、揉捻、发酵和干燥等工序让他们目不暇接。每一道工序都需要精细的操作和丰富的经验，这让大家对茶叶生产有了更深刻的理解和敬佩。
After the tea picking, the tea farmers led everyone back to the farm, where they joined the tea processing workshop. International students witnessed the entire process from fresh leaves to dried tea. The withering, rolling, fermenting, and drying steps of tea production were fascinating, each step requiring precise operations and rich experience form the farmers.
随后，茶艺师们为留学生们展示了传统的中国茶艺表演。茶艺师们动作娴熟，茶香四溢，整个过程充满了艺术的美感。留学生们不仅观摩了茶艺，还亲自尝试了泡茶和品茶。在茶艺师的指导下，大家一边学习泡茶技艺，一边品尝自己亲手泡制的茶汤。清新的茶香和甘醇的口感让他们赞不绝口。
Then, the tea masters demonstrated traditional Chinese tea ceremony to the students. Their skillful movements with the fragrant tea in the air made the entire process an artistic experience. The students not only watched the tea ceremony but also had a chance to try brewing and tasting tea themselves. Under the guidance of the tea masters, they learned the techniques of tea brewing while enjoying the fresh aroma and sweet taste of the tea they made, receiving unanimous praise.
留学生的感受与收获 ｜ Students’ Feelings and Gains
活动结束后，许多留学生表示这次采茶之旅让他们受益匪浅。不仅学到了许多关于茶叶的知识，还亲身体验了中国传统文化的魅力。来自俄罗斯的留学生说：“这是我第一次亲手采茶和泡茶，真的非常有趣。我不仅了解了茶叶的制作过程，还感受到了中国文化的博大精深。”另外一个留学生则表示：“通过这次活动，我对中国有了更深的认识和热爱，我会把这些经历分享给家人和朋友，让更多人了解中国的茶文化。”
After the event, many students expressed that the tea-picking trip was highly beneficial. They not only learned a lot about tea but also personally experienced the charm of traditional Chinese culture. A student from Russia, said, “This is my first time picking and brewing tea by myself. It was really fun. I learned about the tea-making process and felt the profoundness of Chinese culture.” Another student said, “Through this activity, I gained a deeper understanding and love for China. I will share these experiences with my family and friends, so more people can know about Chinese tea culture.”
