2024年12月22日,留学中国预科教育联盟(以下简称“CCN联盟”)在上海腾飞大厦3楼独角兽会议室成功举办了2023-2024学年学术委员会年度工作会议。本次会议由联盟秘书长沃国成主持,汇聚了来自全国各地的学术委员会委员、特邀嘉宾及列席嘉宾,共同回顾过去一年的工作成果,并对未来的发展方向进行了深入探讨。
On December 22, 2024, China Campus Network (hereinafter referred to as CCN) successfully held the 2023-2024 Academic Committee Annual Work Conference in the Unicorn Conference Room on the 3rd floor of Tengfei Building, Shanghai. The meeting, chaired by CCN Secretary-General Wo Guocheng, brought together Academic Committee members from across the country, special guests, and attendees to review the past year’s achievements and conduct in-depth discussions on future development directions.

联盟会长于书诚致辞

会议伊始,联盟会长于书诚对与会嘉宾表示热烈欢迎,并在致辞中回顾了CCN联盟自2016年成立以来取得的成就。他强调,通过“规模、质量、发展”三大战略,联盟成功提升了“留学中国”品牌的国际影响力。于会长提到,联盟将重启发展上海中心,对学生要求更高,管理更严。在2023-2024学年,联盟迎来了超过400名全球学生,招生人数持续增长。面对2023年国家出台的来华留学教育新要求,联盟紧跟国家步伐提高标准,2024年学委会评审通过IFP2.0产品方案,与各预科中心共同保证IFP2.0产品方案的落地实施。于会长强调,CCN的发展离不开成员学校的共同努力,并呼吁继续团结合作,推动联盟在未来取得更大成就。
At the start of the meeting, CCN President Yu Shucheng warmly welcomed the attendees and, in his speech, reflected on the achievements of China Campus Network (CCN) since its establishment in 2016. He emphasized that CCN has successfully enhanced the international influence of the “Study in China” brand through its three core strategies: “Scale, Quality, and Development.”
President Yu mentioned plans to revive the development of the Shanghai IFP Center, with stricter student requirements and more rigorous management. In the 2023-2024 academic year, CCN has welcomed over 400 students from around the world, continuing its trend of steady growth in enrollment.
In response to the new requirements for international education in China introduced in 2023, CCN has aligned itself with national standards by raising its benchmarks. For 2024, the Academic Committee approved the IFP 2.0 program, ensuring its implementation in collaboration with all IFP Foundation Centers.
President Yu stressed that the development of CCN relies on the collective efforts of its Member Universities and called for continued unity and cooperation to achieve even greater accomplishments in the future.

Resolution on the Supplementary Appointment of Vice Directors of the Academic Committee
在学委会副主任增补决议环节,学委会主任陈志华主持并肯定了CCN学委会与IFP预科学术质量保障体系的科学性与严谨性。他重申了学委会的6大主要职责,并提议增补两位CCN学术委员会副主任:天津大学国际教育学院院长李锵和江苏大学海外教育学院院长吴鹏。该提议获得了学委会委员的全票通过。
During the “Resolution on the Supplementary Appointment of Vice Directors of CCN Academic Committee” session, Director of CCN Academic Committee, Professor Chen Zhihua, Second-Level Professor and Chair Professor at Tianjin University, and Vice President of Tianjin Chengjian University,chaired the discussion and affirmed the scientific and rigorous nature of the CCN Academic Committee and the International Foundation Programme’s academic quality assurance system. He reiterated the six main responsibilities of the Academic Committee and proposed the supplementary appointment of two Vice Directors: Professor Li Qiang, Dean of the International Education College at Tianjin University, and Professor Wu Peng, Dean of the Overseas Education College at Jiangsu University. The proposal was unanimously approved by the members of CCN Academic Committee.

Speeches by the Two Newly Appointed Vice Directors of the Academic Committee
新任学委会副主任李锵院长首先发言,他分享了对全球校友联盟“CAN”名称的三个感想,强调了CAN对来华留学优秀校友的链接作用,以及天津大学在来华留学方面的工作和“520”行动计划。他表示,天津大学将继续为CCN联盟贡献智慧,推动预科教育发展。
紧接着,吴鹏院长发言,他对CCN学术委员会的民主与协商特质感触颇深,并分享了担任学委会副主任对责任的理解。他期望能够推广江苏大学的优质资源,促进更多合作。
The newly appointed Vice Director of the Academic Committee, Dean Li Qiang, was the first to speak. He shared three reflections on the name of the global alumni network “CAN,” emphasizing its role in connecting outstanding alumni of international students in China. He also highlighted Tianjin University’s work in international education and the “520” action plan. He stated that Tianjin University will continue to contribute its wisdom to CCN and promote the development of foundation education.
Next, Dean Wu Peng delivered his speech. He expressed deep appreciation for the democratic and consultative nature of the CCN Academic Committee and shared his understanding of the responsibilities that come with serving as Vice Director. He expressed a desire to promote the high-quality resources of Jiangsu University and facilitate further cooperation.

CCN学术管理中心教学管理主管高原详细介绍了2023-2024学年的学生分布和师资分布,并强调了数理培训项目对于培养预科中心师资、提升教学质量的重要性。学术管理总监曹书阳对产品与考试评估进行了汇报,介绍了IFP产品回到疫情前标准方案的情况,并汇报了面试口语课程的显著教学效果以及本学年的考试评估与外部EB评审。
Ms. Gao Yuan, Teaching and Learning Director of CCN Academic Management Centre, provided a detailed overview of the student and faculty distribution for the 2023-2024 academic year. She emphasized the importance of the mathematics and science training program in developing faculty at the IFP Centers and enhancing teaching quality.
Ms. Cao Shuyang, Academic Management Director of CCN Academic Management Centre, presented a report on the IFP products and exam assessments. She introduced the return of the IFP program to pre-pandemic standards and highlighted the significant teaching and learning outcomes of CCN Interview Speaking Chinese Course. She also reported on the exam assessments and external EB reviews for the academic year.

学术委员会副主任杨静思对2024-2025 学年IFP2.0进度进行了汇报,分析了月考1、期中考试1成绩,并提出了严肃并统一“预科教学学生管理制度”的建议。她代表秘书处建议引入“IFP2.0预科教学创新激励机制”,并对IFP2.0进行了总结与思考。
Vice Director of CCN Academic Committee, Ms. Yang Jingsi, reported on the progress of the 2024-2025 IFP 2.0 program. She analyzed the results of the first monthly exam and midterm exam, and proposed serious and unified recommendations for the “IFP Programme Teaching and Student Management System.” On behalf of the Secretariat, she suggested introducing the “IFP 2.0 Foundation Teaching Innovation Incentive Mechanism” and provided a summary and reflection on the IFP 2.0 program.

IFP Center Sharing on IFP 2.0 Teaching Practice
天津大学预科系主任王业奇分享了天津大学预科中心的IFP2.0教学实践,介绍了天大中心教师对预科教学与预科学生的理解,并分享了中心在IFP2.0教学探索与创新中总结的教学实践策略和管理实践策略。
The Director of the Foundation Programme Department of International Education College at Tianjin University, Professor Wang Yeqi, shared the IFP 2.0 teaching practices at Tianjin University IFP Center. He introduced the faculty’s understanding of foundation education and foundation students, and shared the teaching and management strategies developed by the Tianjin University IFP center through their exploration and innovation in the IFP 2.0 program.

在会议讨论环节,学委会主任陈志华表示各中心要统一实施学生考勤管理制度。上海大学李颖洁院长提出了自学能力特别强的学生可以免修不免考的建议,并建议研发标准课件。西安石油大学董皓院长强调了中心评价中学生成绩的纵向发展比较的重要性。
During the meeting discussion session, Director of CCN Academic Committee, Professor Chen Zhihua stated that all IFP Centers should implement a unified student attendance management system. Professor Li Yingjie, Dean of International Education College of Shanghai University, suggested that students with strong self-learning abilities should be allowed to waive certain courses without exempting them from the exams, and also recommended the development of standard course materials. Ms. Dong Hao, Dean of International Education College of Xi’an Shiyou University emphasized the importance of comparing the longitudinal development of student performance in the center’s evaluations.

During the review and voting session, Director of CCN Academic Committee, Professor Chen Zhihua chaired the discussion, and the following items were unanimously approved: the 2023-2024 CCN Academic Committee Annual Report, the CCN International Foundation Center Annual Report, the Unified Student Management System for IFP 2.0, and the IFP 2.0 Foundation Teaching Innovation Incentive Policy.

特邀嘉宾中国——东盟教育交流周组委会原执行秘书长、“一带一路”人才培育校企联盟理事长,教育部国际合作与交流司原副司长、巡视员刘宝利先生在闭幕致辞中表示,尽管国际形势不断变化,中国始终保持稳定。他强调要看好中国的发展,中国教育的发展,以及来华留学预科教育的趋势。他提出了几点希望,包括适时扩大联盟成员队伍、初心不改、干劲不减、编制完善成熟的教材、收集整理优秀来华留学生素材以及对标《标准》保障质量。最后,他祝贺本次学委会的成功举办,并期望在未来取得更好成绩。
In the closing remarks, special guest Mr. Liu Baoli, former Executive Secretary-General of the China-ASEAN Education Cooperation Week Organizing Committee, Chairman of the “Belt and Road” Talent Development University-Enterprise Alliance, former Deputy Director-General and Inspector of the International Cooperation and Exchange Department of the Ministry of Education, expressed that despite the changing international landscape, China has remained stable. He emphasized the importance of recognizing China’s development, the growth of Chinese education, and the trends in foundation education for international students in China. He shared several hopes, including the timely expansion of the CCN’s membership, staying true to the original mission, maintaining strong momentum, developing well-organized and mature textbooks, collecting and organizing excellent materials from international students in China, and aligning with the “Standards” to ensure quality. Finally, he congratulated the successful hosting of the Academic Committee meeting and expressed hopes for even greater achievements in the future.

The successful hosting of this meeting not only provided a comprehensive review of the CCN’s achievements over the past year but also offered clear guidance for future development. All attendees unanimously agreed that by continuously improving education quality, strengthening academic research, and fostering innovation, CCN will continue to expand the influence of the “Study in China” brand and provide higher-quality educational services to students worldwide.
