2023年12月16日CCN学术委员会年度工作会议在江苏镇江顺利召开。本次会议是疫情后CCN联盟首次学术委员会年会，由江苏大学海外教育学院承办。会议由联盟秘书长沃国成主持，联盟会长、副会长、学委会领导与委员出席了本次会议；中国-东盟教育交流周组委会执行秘书长刘宝利先生作为特邀嘉宾出席会议，江苏大学副校长蔡英凤教授应邀出席会议并致欢迎辞。
CCN Academic Committee Annual Meeting was successfully held on December 16, 2023 in Zhenjiang, Jiangsu Province. This meeting marks the first annual meeting of the CCN Academic Committee after the pandemic, hosted by the Overseas Education College of Jiangsu University. The meeting was presided over by Secretary-General Ms.Wo Guocheng, and attended by CCN President, Vice Presidents, Academic Committee leaders, and members.
在上午举行的学委会内部工作会议上，于书诚会长致辞，他对江苏大学承办本次会议表示感谢、对疫情三年来联盟成员大学特别是预科中心院校给予联盟的支持表示感谢，对联盟秘书处团队在疫情期间为坚守“规模、质量、发展”三大核心战略所付出的努力表示肯定。在听取CCN秘书处关于“来华留学教育新政策的调研报告”的基础上，与会领导与委员围绕“来华留学教育新政策背景下CCN国际预科项目（IFP）的学术定位与发展策略”这一核心主题进行了的全面深入的研讨，为CCN国际预科未来学术发展献计献策。在听取CCN秘书处学术管理中心所做的CCN国际预科学术工作总结的基础上，与会领导与委员审议通过了2023-2024学年CCN国际预科学术产品调整方案、口语模块优化研发方案和来华留学教育新政策背景下2025年CCN大学录取方案。
During the internal working meeting of the Academic Committee held in the morning, President Yu Shucheng expressed gratitude to Jiangsu University for hosting the meeting and acknowledged the support of CCN member universities, especially IFP centre universities, during the past three years of the pandemic, and expressed his recognition of the efforts made by the CCN Secretariat team in adhering to the three core strategies of “Scale, Quality, and Development” in the period of the epidemic. Discussions revolved around the comprehensive and in-depth exploration of the academic positioning and development strategy of CCN International Foundation Program (IFP) under the background of new policies for international students studying in China. The meeting also approved the adjustment plan for academic products for the academic year of 2023-2024, the optimization and development plan for the oral module, and the admission plan for CCN universities in 2025 under the backdrop of new policies.
在下午举行的CCN国际预科中心教学研讨会上，来自黑龙江大学、江苏大学、天津大学、西安交通大学、西安石油大学、西北工业大学等六大CCN国际预科中心的教学主管与基础汉语、专业汉语、数学、物理等预科教学科目骨干教师们，围绕全面恢复线下教学和来华留学教育新政策背景下CCN国际预科项目的课程设置、学术汉语、数理化等专业科目的学时分配、以及中心教学管理与学生管理优化方案等主题进行了全面的探讨与充分的交流。
In the afternoon session, a teaching seminar was held by CCN IFP centers from six universities, including Heilongjiang University, Jiangsu University, Tianjin University, Xi’an Jiaotong University, Xi’an Shiyou University, and Northwestern Polytechnical University. They discussed topics such as the comprehensive resumption of offline teaching, course arrangements for the CCN International Foundation Program under the new policies for international students studying in China, allocation of hours for Chinese for academic purposes, mathematics, physics, and the optimization plans for teaching and student management.
For many of these students, this journey marked their very first big international excursion, as they ventured across vast distances to reach China. Some had the pleasure of being accompanied by their parents, who embarked on this adventure to not only support their children but also to explore China’s vibrant culture and dynamic economic growth, as well as the universities and cities where their children would live and study. Our commitment extended to the comfort and well-being of both students and parents, ensuring that everyone enjoyed a worry-free and fulfilling experience.
对于许多学生来说，此次来华是他们第一次重要的国际旅行。有些学生的父母也陪同前来，不仅为了给孩子加油鼓劲，他们还希望亲自探索中国文化、领略中国社会经济的飞速发展，并到孩子即将生活和学习的大学及城市走一走、看一看。CCN为预科学生提供了专业周到的到达服务，确保每个环节都准备充分，为学生提供顺畅的入学体验。
晚上，与会领导与委员、CCN预科中心的教学主管与骨干教师们还应邀参加了“江苏大学第十三届国际文化节闭幕式”。
In the evening, CCN Academic Committee leaders and members, and teaching staff from CCN IFP centers were invited to attend the closing ceremony of the 13th International Cultural Festival at Jiangsu University.
本次会议圆满结束，CCN秘书处学术管理中心将根据本次学委会年会的会议决议与CCN国际预科教学研讨会的会议成果，启动2024-2025学年CCN国际预科项目学术发展规划与产品调整研发，为迎接2025年来华留学教育新政策的全面实施做好充分的准备。
2023 CCN Academic Committee Annual Meeting concluded successfully, and based on the resolutions of the Academic Committee and the outcomes of the CCN International Foundation Program Teaching Seminar, the CCN Academic Management Center will initiate the development of the academic plan and product adjustments for the CCN International Foundation Program for the academic year 2024-2025, preparing adequately for the comprehensive implementation of new policies for international students studying in China in 2025.
