China Campus Network (CCN) is delighted to announce the launch of a jointly developed CCN-Sunon Internship Programme within the framework of “Belt and Road” Talents Cultivation University-Enterprise Alliance (UEA). Since the establishment of UEA in 2017, an increasing number of Chinese companies have joined UEA, with the mission of developing international local talents while connecting them with the industries. The vision of CCN is to provide a one-stop solution for international students: starting with the International Foundation Programme (IFP), entering CCN member universities for degree study, and finally embarking on a career path through opportunities for internship and employment, forming a complete talent development loop.
CCN非常高兴地宣布：在“一带一路”人才培养校企联盟（UEA）的合作框架下，CCN携手圣奥集团，为CCN毕业生提供绝佳的实习与就业机会。自2017年UEA联盟成立以来，越来越多的中国企业加入UEA，致力于产教融合，共同培养来自全球的国际化本地人才。CCN一直致力于为来自全球的来华留学生提供“一站式”的解决方案：从CCN国际预科项目（IFP） ，到CCN成员大学的学位课程，再到实习项目与就业机会等职业发展机会，形成完整的人才培养闭环。
Based on the shared vision and value, CCN and Sunon have joined hand-in-hand in launching the CCN-Sunon Internship Programme. The short-term programme aims to help students with guidance when they navigate through their career path from internship to employment, addressing and resolving international talents’ pain points in entering Chinese companies with flexible and effective approaches, while fulfilling Sunon’s huge demand for international talents.
基于此项愿景和价值观，CCN携手圣奥集团联合打造了CCN-圣奥实习项目。该短期项目，积极引导学生完成从实习到就业的发展路径，灵活有效地解决国际人才进入中国企业的痛点，以满足圣奥对国际人才的巨大需求。
第一期实习项目将于2023年夏季启动。CCN学生将通过联合选拔，入选者将有机会加入圣奥为期6-8周的暑期实习。实习项目中表现优异的学生毕业后将有机会被优先聘为正式员工。
The first internship programme will be launched in the summer of 2023. CCN students will be jointly selected for the opportunity to join Sunon for a 6-8 week summer internship. However, the short-term internship is not the end of this career development journey. Students who excel in the internship programme will be considered favorably with opportunities for formal employment after graduation.
联盟副秘书长杨静思代表秘书处系统梳理总结了联盟自2016年成立以来所取得的工作成果。她指出，CCN自立盟以来，始终围绕着“规模“、”质量“、”发展“三大核心战略锚点：坚持自建渠道与产品创新，扩大学生规模；坚持预科学术化与数字化建设，提高生源与培养质量；坚持联盟合作模式创新，推动来华留学人才职业发展，做实来华留学价值，形成人才培养闭环。这三大核心战略锚点也是联盟在面对三年疫情冲击、未来国际变局时保持战略定力的根本所在。

Sunon’s engagement in UEA marks a new beginning of university-enterprise cooperation in talent development through effective integration of resources from CCN, CCN member universities and Sunon. Based on the newly developed partnership, an exclusive talent ecosystem will be built to fulfill the needs of specific skills and talents to empower Sunon for strategic development overseas. A 1 to N model will be adopted for the programme, with talents selected from a number of CCN member universities, who are specialized in International Business, Cross-Border eCommerce, Digital Marketing and Supply Chain Management.
圣奥集团加入UEA联盟，标志着CCN、CCN成员大学和圣奥集团通过整合资源开启了一个长期的校企合作、人才联合培养的合作。该合作将根据圣奥集团就业岗位的具体需求进行人才定制招募，为其构建专属的人才生态系统，为企业的国际化发展赋能。该项目将采用1-N的合作模式，从多所CCN成员大学选拔国际商务、跨境电商、数字营销和供应链管理等方面的人才。
